SurfPrep Original Foam Variety Packs are a great way to test out the variety of thicknesses and grits that will work best for the applications being sanded. Instead of purchasing a full box of foam abrasives, you will receive a kit that has (2) of each grit of SurfPrep foam we offer.


Note: Limited supply item. This pack has the 4-Hole Vacuum pads. Once these are gone, they are gone and being replaced by the new ProFoam Pads.

5mm THIN

SurfPrep 5mm Red Aluminum Oxide Foam Hook & Loop Pads are an excellent choice for preparing any surface that requires nice, consistent, even cutting, flat sanding. An excellent choice by cabinet or furniture builders who must scuff sand into corners or opposing edges or sides. A must use inside drawer boxes where manual hand sanding is a challenge or where discs sanders do not allow for full coverage into a corner. Also can be used to sand detailed white wood beading on moldings. This pad will not load or pill.

 

10mm FIRM

SurfPrep 1/2″ Red Aluminum Oxide Foam Hook & Loop Pads are an excellent choice for preparing any surface that requires soft flexibility in order to ride over profiles so as not to cut or burn through lines or finishes. A great choice by cabinet makers who have challenges sanding or polishing the joint location of molding on a miter door. This pad will not load or pill.
