D1059 WB Reducer / Retarder (Slow)

D1059 is a waterborne reducer/retarder that improves distension and filming at low temperatures. This product can slow down the overall drying process and can help prevent air bubbles. This product should be diluted with distilled water in a 1:1 ratio and poured slowly into the desired waterborne coating while the product is stirring.
