Green Sweep is a biodegradable, liquid spray that attracts dust and neutralizes the electro-static charge in the dust particles. Dust is typically negatively charged, and Green Sweep water-based formulation contains ionically positive charged dust laying agents which hold and attracts airborne dust to floor level. Inhibiting dust movement aids in maintenance, product cleanliness, and safety. Treated floors and surfaces trap and hold dust preventing the particles from rising and coating merchandise and work objects. Designed for use on concrete or wood floors in warehouses, paint shops, furniture plants or wherever dust must be controlled.
Application Directions
For shop floors: 1. Fill garden/weed sprayer approximately ½ full and pump-up sprayer. Lock handle. 2. Adjust nozzle to obtain a fine spray mist. 3. Spray a uniform fine mist coat on the shop floor, directly over any loose dirt and dust. 4. Sweep floor to remove dirt and dust. 5. Re-apply Green Sweep after sweeping to hold future dirt and dust down. 6. Repeat process daily or as needed.
For dust mitt and yarn broom spraying: 1. Spray a fine light mist on dust or yarn broom and air cure for 6 hours or more. 2. Re-spray lightly between uses.
Note: Be sure to apply mist coat. Completely wetting the floor with excessive amounts can cause floors to be slippery while product is still wet. Applying a light coat on the bottom of broom bristles will assist in keeping dust to a minimum while sweeping.
