LTC96 is a premium grade, Haps Free retarder for Milesi polyurethane wood coatings. This blend is their very slow retardant blend and is used often in high gloss and in hot temperatures to help keep the coating open longer. This can also be added to Milesi solvent stains to slow the dry time.
