CQT Dry Glaze Tints

Milesi CQT Glaze Tints are solvent-based, dry “powder” glazes designed to add depth, contrast, and character to wood surfaces. CQT can be sprayed as-is for standard applications or intermixed to produce custom colors, making it a versatile tool for glazing, antiquing, and specialty finishing effects.

Ideal for detail enhancement, CQT glazes highlight profiles, corners, ceruse graining, and texture while maintaining excellent control. For custom tinting, the CQT tints can be blended together or tinted up to 1% with KMT pigments.

Application characteristics can be fine-tuned based on reduction choice:

• Distilled water (5–10%) for easier removal and longer open time
• Acetone (5–10%) for stronger substrate bite and more aggressive definition / haze
