SurfPrep's PIV-12 Vacuum System is engineered for finishers who require maximum flexibility and professional-grade dust extraction. Built to power both brushless electric sanders and pneumatic air tools simultaneously, this system handles heavy-duty workflows while maintaining clean, safe shop air.
- Dual-operator capability: The PIV-12 supports one or two operators at once with a "Y" splitter, allowing you to run two air sanders, two electric sanders, or a combination of both to adapt to changing production demands.
- Prefabricated hose setups: Choose from 12′ antistatic hoses designed for air sanders (25 mm vacuum + air line) or electric sanders (25 mm vacuum only). Optional 10′ extension hoses enable sanding up to 23′ away from the unit, giving you increased reach without losing performance.
- Power-efficient operation: Designed to run on a standard 15-amp circuit, the PIV-12 accommodates two electric sanders operating at 2 amps each plus the vacuum unit’s 12-amp requirement, making it ideal for typical job-site or shop power supply.
- Industrial-grade filtration & airflow: Features a 12-gallon capacity, HEPA-M filter capturing 99.97% of particles .1 microns and larger, automatic self-cleaning filter system, automatic on/off control, static-conductive system, and 130 CFM airflow performance. Compatible with both electric and air tools.
